Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-30 · Umydia is a product of Trellova LLC, California, USA.

1. The service

Umydia lets organizations publish audio and documents to their members through our apps. The org's owner holds the subscription; members use the service under their org's plan.

2. Your content

Your organization keeps all rights to what it uploads. You grant us the license needed to store, process (e.g., loudness-normalize audio) and deliver it to your members. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish; we respond to DMCA notices at legal@umydia.com and may remove infringing material.

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no malware, no using Umydia as generic file hosting, no attempts to bypass access controls, rate limits or content protections, no reselling access outside your organization. We may suspend accounts that threaten the service or other customers, and trial spaces that lapse are deleted after 28 days.

4. Billing

Plans are flat by team size, billed monthly or annually on the web via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; you can downgrade or cancel for the next cycle at any time. Past-due orgs enter a dunning ladder before any suspension: banner first, then admin read-only, then suspension — members are affected last.

5. Service & liability

The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.

6. Governing law

California, USA. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation, then to the state or federal courts of California.
