Two ways, both complete. Personal data — including your listening history — is removed within 30 days.
In the app (fastest)
- Open You (the person icon, top right).
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
- Done — your session ends immediately and deletion is scheduled.
By email
Mail privacy@umydia.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify and confirm completion.
What deletion means
- Your profile, memberships, favorites and engagement history are removed within 30 days.
- Offline downloads on your devices stop working at their next check-in.
- Content your organization owns stays with the organization — deleting an account never deletes an org's library.
- Org owners: transfer ownership first, or delete the whole org from Org settings (7-day recovery window, then purge).
